Last updated: June 22, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using the Id photo maker mobile application (package name: com.idphotomaker.passportphotos) (referred to as the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the App. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the App to edit, modify, or crop photos of individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Submit, crop, or process images that contain illegal, offensive, obscene, or infringing material.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, including on-device machine learning models (TensorFlow Lite files).
  • Distribute, lease, or sub-license the App to third parties.

3. Biometric Compliance Disclaimer

While Id photo maker utilizes AI technology to size and position your images according to official specifications for passport, visa, and ID cards, we cannot guarantee official government acceptance of your photos.

⚠️
Compliance Notice: Government specifications (background lighting, facial expression, print quality, photo paper type, and dimensions) are subject to sudden change and visual inspection by individual consular officers. It is your sole responsibility to inspect the printed or exported photo to ensure it fully meets the requirements of the requesting authority before submitting.

4. On-Device Processing Limitations

Because the App uses on-device Machine Learning (TensorFlow Lite), the speed, quality, and accuracy of background isolation or cropping depend heavily on your device's hardware capability (CPU, GPU, and Neural Processing Unit). We are not responsible for suboptimal background removal or application crashes resulting from insufficient hardware resources.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers, owners, or affiliates of the App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

  • Rejected passport, visa, or identity applications by any governmental or official authority.
  • Missed travel dates, delayed visa issuance, or cancellation of booking reservations.
  • Loss of data, device damage, or security issues resulting from your use of the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Third-Party Advertisements

The App display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Any interactions you have with advertisers found on or through the App are solely between you and those advertisers. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments
